OUR PRODUCTS A typical packaging process is composed of various machines which together make up a complete system. The description of each typical system is as follows. These whole process can put together in CELL LINE system. Feeding system – Hopper , Material supplier This machine will convey your product from the manufacturing process or bulk stores into feeder. Our machines are controlled by a level sensor in the filling systems. Pre-cleaning system The container cleaner by air pressure before being filled. Mostly applied the top down type and reverse rotating style. Filling , Mixing, Atomizing, Filling, Capping system. This machine will measure out the correct quantity of product required for each individual product. The machine will release the product once a signal has been received from the bagging machine in the case of a full automatic system, or on command from the operator, in a semi automatic system. Various machines are available and the correct choice will mostly depend on the product being packed, the accuracy required or the speed. Fill & Seal system Matching up with the demands of a wide variety by the feature of filling materials, assembly & packaging way and product type & feature. Carton packaging System -End of line packaging Here the individual packages get collated in to either bales, boxes, or directly onto a pallet. The machine chosen depends on the level of automation required. Conveying System - Conveyor (Loading & Discharging MC) Once the completed products exits the machine it will drop the bag onto a discharge conveyor to be conveyed to a point where it will be packed in its end of line packaging. Accessories and Optional functions Accessories, custom modifications or optional processing way can be available to meet the clients full requirements.
